Forklift Hydraulic Valve

In all kind of forklift, the hydraulic valve system is helping us to lift the stuff and move them

The hydraulic pump will pump the oil from the tank and make pressure from the valve that we are choosing to do a different job.

All the forklift has

  • The first valve as an up and down
  • Second valve for Tilt back and force
The other valve can be installed on the forklift or not (Just an Option)
  • Third Valve used for side-shift (Move the stall when we pick them up to the left and right)
  • Fourth valve for Install the special attachments the same as
  • Fork positioner
  • Rotator
  • Cartoon clamp
  • Paper Rool Clamp
  • Tissu Roll clamp
  • The fifth valve rare in the forklift but mostly in huge forklift will be used when we have a fork positioner to move one fork the same as the fourth valve for the other fork.

Forklift Operator has to verify all the hoses and fittings every day before start using the lift for leak or loos issue.
