When to replace forklift tires:

When the tires in our forklift are not in good shape it will be influenced by our forklift.

  • The front tires are so done the forks and the carriage of the forklift will scratch on the floor and damage the carriage and forks also will damage the chain and the hydraulic system.
  • Also, it will be damage the engine and motor of the traction in the long-term because when your tire isn’t in good condition your forklift needs to use more fuel and power to move your forklift and that is why the lifetime of your forklift will be shorter than normal.

The different tire will be used for a different job:

  • Indoor tires are smooth and use for the inside of the warehouse with the smooth tire driver will be more comfortable and also the floor never will damage because of the weight of the forklift.
  • If you need to go outside time to time and with the smooth tire you will be stuck in water or ice or snow you can use the traction tire for your forklift.
  • You can use the non-mark tire for your forklift if you see the regular solid tire mark on the floor and you are not happy with it (white or Grey).
  • The non-mark tire is more expensive than regular tire around 10 to 15 % but some warehouse prefers to use it.
  • When you are working outside all day long and you have to drive in Gravel and asphalt in ice and rain and snow you have to use the pneumatique forklift then you never stuck.
